Construction Documents and Construction Oversight

Watermark was the first development approved under The Town of Mount Pleasant’s TND ordinance. Utilizing TND principles all the buildings on Appling drive face the road. The streetscape was developed with generous sidewalks on both sides and provides on-street parking. Additional parking is provided behind the multi-family units and off alleys for the townhomes and single- family residences. Mature trees and convenient site furnishings add to the overall urban aesthetic of the neighborhood.
